Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Resolve complex hardware/software issues including network connectivity, cloud applications, and security protocols
- Document all incidents, solutions, and preventive measures in our ITSM system with precision
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities
- Train junior support staff on advanced troubleshooting methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise-level IT support experience with night shift exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and AWS/Azure environments
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose multi-layered issues
- Fluency in English with strong written communication skills for documentation
- Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently in remote settings
