Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems during night shift hours
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for enterprise clients
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security threats
- Document all interactions and resolutions in company knowledge base
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct remote system maintenance and updates during off-peak hours
- Train clients on best practices for cybersecurity and data protection
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk)
- Valid Arizona driver's license (occasional on-site support)
