- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security updates during off-peak hours
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and remote access tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux systems, networking protocols, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
