Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, malware incidents, and network vulnerabilities
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and security protocols in compliance with NIST standards
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident response and system patching
- Conduct remote system diagnostics and implement security patches across Windows/Linux environments
- Train clients on security best practices and new threat mitigation techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- CompTIA Security+ and/or CISSP certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and cloud security (AWS/Azure)
- Proficient in SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously during off-hours
- Strong written communication for incident reporting and client documentation
- Must have dedicated, secure home office with reliable high-speed internet
