Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and security infrastructure
- Monitor and resolve security alerts, network issues, and system vulnerabilities during night shifts
- Collaborate with global IT teams using ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate troubleshooting records
- Conduct proactive system maintenance and security patch implementations
- Train users on security protocols and best practices
- Participate in emergency response drills and incident management
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network, hardware, and software issues
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint protection
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- El Paso residency preferred for local timezone alignment
