Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical security incidents during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems and networks
- Execute scheduled system maintenance and security patch deployments
- Document incident reports and create detailed technical documentation
- Collaborate with global security teams during cross-functional investigations
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support or cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and network protocols
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM Pacific Time
