Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and security infrastructure
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, incidents, and system vulnerabilities during night shifts
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical security events
- Implement security patches and system updates during maintenance windows
- Train users on security best practices and remote access protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Expertise in remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and network security protocols
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure during security incidents
