Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network security systems during night shift hours
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues
- Respond to security alerts and initiate incident response protocols
- Document all technical activities and maintain detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with global IT teams during cross-functional projects
- Perform system updates and vulnerability assessments during low-traffic periods
- Train junior team members on security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift preference
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM EST schedule
