Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and end-user devices
- Monitor and resolve network security incidents during overnight shifts
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot cloud-based software and SaaS applications
- Document all support tickets and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical system outages
- Conduct proactive system health checks and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or help desk roles
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Expert knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in VPN configuration and remote desktop protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
