Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and security protocols
- Monitor and respond to security alerts during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Resolve complex network, hardware, and software issues via remote access tools
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical security incidents
- Conduct routine system maintenance and vulnerability patching
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with night shift experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent written communication skills for after-hours documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
