Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and resolve complex network security incidents, malware infections, and system vulnerabilities
- Monitor security alerts and implement proactive threat mitigation protocols during overnight shifts
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in compliance with SOC 2 standards
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incidents and system maintenance windows
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans and patch management for assigned client portfolios
- Maintain expert knowledge on emerging cybersecurity threats and defense technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues remotely
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Experience working night shifts or flexible schedules preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
- Proficient in SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and endpoint security tools
