Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support via remote channels (phone, email, remote desktop).
- Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure, network connectivity, and end-user devices during night hours.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Perform system backups, updates, and security patching during low-traffic periods.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and system changes in the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand off unresolved issues and ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
- Availability to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- High-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet workspace are mandatory.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus.
