Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Monitor network infrastructure and security protocols proactively
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed troubleshooting logs
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems like Jira
- Conduct routine system maintenance and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
