Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote access tools.
- Manage and resolve incoming tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during the night shift.
- Configure and deploy new equipment provided to remote employees, ensuring optimal setup and security protocols.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain a knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to hand over unresolved issues and ensure seamless continuity of support.
- Monitor system health and alert the engineering team to potential outages proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Technical Support.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent IT certification is strongly preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace (Home Office Setup).
- Ability to work independently and self-manage time effectively during night hours.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse client bases.
- Familiarity with remote access software (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
