Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network security systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Respond to and resolve critical IT incidents with minimal downtime
- Perform system updates, patches, and vulnerability assessments
- Document all technical activities and maintain accurate incident logs
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Conduct proactive system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or cybersecurity operations
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms
- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and network monitoring
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Strong written communication for technical documentation
- Must reside in Louisiana or Texas with reliable internet connection
