Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve network security incidents during night shift hours
- Provide remote technical support for enterprise systems and cloud infrastructure
- Document security incidents and maintenance activities in compliance protocols
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management for client systems
- Train clients on security best practices during off-peak hours
- Generate incident reports and recommend preventive measures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or cybersecurity roles
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and VPN technologies
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations during security incidents
- Shift flexibility and reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Experience with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) preferred
