This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical escalations, ensuring that our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via chat and email.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets in our CRM system (Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with speed and accuracy.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and workarounds in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of ongoing critical issues.
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance checks during off-peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Proven experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues independently.
