Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems via remote channels during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including network connectivity, cloud applications, and security protocols
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential vulnerabilities during off-peak hours
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident tracking in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams during escalation scenarios and major incident responses
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and system updates during low-traffic windows
- Maintain strict adherence to SOC 2 compliance standards and data security protocols
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support with night shift or 24/7 environment exposure
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in remote diagnostic tools (TeamViewer, SCCM, SolarWinds)
- Exceptional written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced scenarios
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site equipment retrieval
- CompTIA Network+ certification preferred
