Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Provide remote technical support to enterprise clients via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Perform system maintenance and security protocol checks during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports and troubleshooting procedures with precision
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless continuity
- Proactively identify potential system vulnerabilities and escalate concerns
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA through proactive monitoring and rapid response
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in remote IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog, SolarWinds, or Nagios
- Excellent written communication skills for incident documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues with minimal supervision
- Must have dedicated, distraction-free home office setup
