Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during overnight hours with 15-minute SLA response time
- Execute scheduled server maintenance and database optimization during low-traffic periods
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise clients via encrypted chat and remote access
- Generate nightly performance reports and anomaly documentation for morning teams
- Collaborate with global teams using agile methodologies for cross-timezone project delivery
- Proactively identify and escalate potential security threats based on behavioral analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure management
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification required
- Proven ability to work autonomously in remote environments with minimal supervision
- Expertise in monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog) and incident response protocols
- Exceptional written communication skills for technical documentation and client updates
- Comfortable working 11 PM - 7 AM Central Time with flexible scheduling options
