Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to overnight system alerts and customer inquiries
- Perform routine system maintenance and troubleshooting during off-peak hours
- Generate and analyze daily operational reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve cross-functional issues
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection standards
- Document operational incidents and resolution processes
- Participate in handover procedures with day-shift teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in remote or overnight operations
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira) and collaboration tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to work Monday-Friday nights (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Experience with incident management and SLA tracking
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
