Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 premium customer support via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Resolve complex technical issues and escalate critical concerns to on-call specialists
- Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless service continuity across time zones
- Monitor system alerts and perform proactive maintenance during low-traffic periods
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
