Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support or system administration experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and networking fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST) with rotating weekends
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and monitoring tools
