Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients during night shift hours
- Monitor system performance and proactively address security threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base articles
- Train and mentor junior team members during shift transitions
- Optimize workflow automation tools for after-hours efficiency
- Conduct nightly system backups and data integrity checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of remote IT support or cybersecurity experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- CompTIA Security+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Exceptional written communication skills for documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Proficient in Jira, Slack, and remote collaboration tools
- Valid US work authorization required
