Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM ET)
- Provide tier-2 technical support via chat, email, and phone for enterprise clients
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless operations
- Adhere to strict SLAs and maintain 99.9% uptime metrics
- Participate in monthly cross-functional training and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of remote IT support or operations experience
- Proven night shift work history with excellent time management
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- CompTIA A+ or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
