Responsibilities
- Provide premium technical support to US-based clients via chat, email, and phone during evening hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to strict SLA (Service Level Agreement) metrics.
- Participate in nightly training sessions and system updates to stay ahead of technical trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware and software problems independently.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace are mandatory.
