Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 Technical Assistance: Resolve complex technical issues for clients via chat, email, and phone during the night shift.
- Ticket Management: Prioritize and respond to support tickets within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs).
- System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and alert the day-shift team to any critical anomalies.
- Client Communication: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and clear communication style with users in San Francisco, Florida, and nationwide.
- Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to the support workflow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in technical support or customer service.
- Availability: Must be able to work rotating night shifts and weekends.
- Communication: Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Equipment: Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
