Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise clients during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues using provided diagnostic tools
- Monitor network systems and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document all troubleshooting processes in our CRM system for knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with global support teams using virtual communication platforms
- Conduct remote system installations and configurations for new clients
- Participate in continuous training on emerging technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or system administration
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux environments and cloud-based tools (AWS/Azure)
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to maintain focus during night shift hours with minimal supervision
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) preferred
