Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage technical support tickets for clients during the 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM MT).
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for remote users via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Document all interactions and solutions in the ticketing system (Zendesk/Jira) to ensure knowledge base accuracy.
- Collaborate with day-shift engineering teams to hand over unresolved issues and ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Perform routine system maintenance and security patching during low-traffic hours to minimize downtime.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior leadership immediately following established protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to work a rotating night shift schedule with high reliability and punctuality.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, including troubleshooting registry issues and driver conflicts.
- Proficiency with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and VPN configurations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
