Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support via phone, chat, and email for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues including cloud infrastructure
- Document all interactions using Salesforce CRM with 99% accuracy
- Collaborate with global teams using JIRA and Microsoft Teams for seamless issue escalation
- Conduct remote system configurations and security protocol enforcement
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting documentation knowledge base
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification required
- Expertise in Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and SaaS platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with neutral accent
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/ServiceNow) and CRM platforms
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
