Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues for remote clients.
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Cross-train with day-shift teams to ensure seamless workflow continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams while providing interim solutions.
- Proactively monitor ticket queues to ensure rapid response times and high customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk environments.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST/PST).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on remote connectivity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
