Responsibilities
- Provide efficient and accurate technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including network connectivity and application troubleshooting.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system in a clear and concise manner.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff or specialized teams when necessary, ensuring no client is left waiting.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information regarding our services and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong computer literacy with experience in Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule, typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace are mandatory.
