Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, and live chat during night hours (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM MST).
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets using Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
- Document solutions in the knowledge base to improve future support efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and implement preventative measures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace are mandatory.
