- Provide Technical Assistance: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for clients via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening and providing clear, concise solutions to inquiries.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuous service support.
- Self-Service Optimization: Assist in identifying common issues to help improve our knowledge base and self-help resources.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and performance metrics (SLAs).
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, web browsers, and office software.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Environment: Must have a dedicated workspace and a high-speed internet connection.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
