- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets efficiently within established SLAs.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during night shifts.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or IT helpdesk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST).
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space.
