Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting via phone, chat, and email for clients in the Denver and North Carolina regions.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and escalations in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) during all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM EST/MST).
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
