Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to US-based customers via phone, chat, and email during night shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems that require higher-level intervention.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating patience, empathy, and technical expertise.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and security protocols are met remotely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST) consistently.
- Must reside in the United States (Priority given to Detroit, MI and Ohio residents).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
