Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools during designated night shifts.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for remote users.
- Document all technical interactions, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate complex issues and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and internal software updates to provide proactive support.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Technical Customer Service.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- CompTIA A+ or similar certifications are a plus but not required.
