Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Resolve: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for enterprise clients via phone and chat during night hours.
- Customer Empathy: Deliver world-class support by actively listening and resolving tickets with minimal hold times.
- Documentation: Log detailed technical notes and resolution steps into the CRM system (Zendesk/Salesforce) for future reference.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system checks and updates to ensure connectivity stability during shift.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with backend engineering teams to escalate complex tickets requiring deeper investigation.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company security protocols and remote work policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Environment: Must have a dedicated home office with a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Availability: Must be able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM EST).
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile OS troubleshooting.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional patience, problem-solving abilities, and written communication skills.
