Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat during overnight hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to escalate critical issues and ensure seamless service continuity.
- Stay current with product updates and documentation to provide accurate technical guidance.
- Ensure a secure and professional home office environment compliant with company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace are mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high productivity during night shifts.
