Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues via phone, chat, and email during night operations.
- Monitor server health and troubleshoot network connectivity problems for remote users.
- Document solutions in the internal knowledge base for day-shift handover.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve critical bugs.
- Ensure strict data security protocols are followed during all interactions.
- Provide tier-2 support for software installations and configuration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Experience with VPNs, remote desktop tools, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on customer empathy.
