Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to end-users via phone and email during the night shift hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues remotely.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate critical issues and ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Conduct remote training sessions for clients to prevent future technical disruptions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or help desk environments.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST) with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and common productivity software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
