Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional remote technical support via chat, email, and phone to US-based clients during night hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and interactions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or management when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and documentation.
- Ensure data privacy and security protocols are followed during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
