Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PST).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues for our diverse range of clients, ensuring rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all interactions, solutions, and customer feedback in our CRM system (Zendesk/Salesforce) accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams via Slack to ensure seamless continuity of support and hand off critical tickets.
- Identify recurring technical issues and provide feedback to the product development team to help improve our software solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate guidance to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related IT role.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts on a rotating schedule or fixed night hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
