Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to US-based customers during designated night shift hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues via phone and chat.
- Document all troubleshooting steps and customer interactions in our internal knowledge base.
- Maintain a high First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate and customer satisfaction score.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve high-priority tickets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation to ensure accurate support.
Qualifications
- Must be a US citizen or permanent resident authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST).
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic customer service approach.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
