Responsibilities
- Proactively manage 50+ client accounts to ensure product adoption and value realization
- Develop and execute personalized success plans for key accounts
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions
- Conduct regular health checks and quarterly business reviews
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to address client feedback
- Create educational resources and conduct product training sessions
- Track and report on key success metrics (NPS, retention, adoption)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer success/account management experience
- SaaS industry knowledge with CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to work independently in remote settings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with customer health scoring and churn reduction
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
