- Analyze usage data to recommend optimization strategies

Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer success, support, or account management
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with SaaS products and technical troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling (including some evenings)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
