- Deliver proactive client onboarding and training via video conferencing
- Identify growth opportunities through quarterly business reviews
- Resolve technical issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Document client feedback to drive product improvements
- Collaborate with sales team to expand account adoption
- Monitor client health metrics using Salesforce and Zendesk
- Develop personalized success plans for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer success or tech support experience
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical mindset
- Comfortable working independently in remote environment
- Experience with SaaS product demonstrations
- Valid US work authorization and GA residency
