Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95% satisfaction rate
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accurate case records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service protocols
- Train on new product launches and support procedures quarterly
- Maintain 98% response time SLA for all customer communications
- Support weekend/holiday shifts on rotating basis (4-6 hours/month)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (20 hours/week total)
- Valid Colorado Springs residency required for local hiring preference
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for common tech issues
