- Collaborate with the Denver-based product team to relay common user concerns and feature requests.

- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Must reside within the Denver, CO metropolitan area or be willing to commute to our office for occasional onboarding.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional tone.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) is a plus.
